Job Title: SQL Server Database Administrator

Location: HQ(Indianapolis, IN )

Job Description: Responsible for supporting the SQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security for multiple clients. Will proactively monitor databases and servers to make certain minimal downtime and high performance is achieved. Must ensure solid backup and disaster recovery plans are in place for all systems.

Required Skills: The following skills are required for this position:

· Proficiency in SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Extensive troubleshooting skills

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.?

· Be eager and willing to expand your areas of technical expertise.
